1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cosee ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Cosee is a selection management and commerce platform for interior designers and homeowners. The Service includes web and mobile applications for managing design projects, sharing with clients, and selling playbooks.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. One person or entity per account.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Cosee a limited license to store, display, and distribute it as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., displaying your playbook to a purchaser).

5. Playbook Sales

When you sell a playbook through Cosee, you are the seller. Cosee facilitates the transaction and collects a transaction fee as specified in your plan. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your playbook content.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to distribute harmful, illegal, or infringing content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

Cosee is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes.
